Security One Alarm Corp., of Tinley Park, Illinois has been licensed by the State of Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana to sell and install security systems since 1989, with the principals having a combined 35 years of security experience. The first ten years of Security One were spent mainly as a sub-contracting agency for both Wells Fargo Alarm and ADT. Because of our quality installations and customer rapport, both Wells Fargo and ADT made Security One one of their exclusive contractors, doing most of their residential and small business installations in the Chicago area. In January of 2001, Security One joined forces with Monitronics International as an authorized dealer. This was done after comparing the dealer programs of the other major companies and first hand experience concerning how well our customers would be taken care of.

| As a Authorized Monitronics Dealer, Security One sells and installs security alarm systems for homes and businesses. As an Independent Monitronics alarm dealer, Security One has been selected and is authorized to supply Monitronics monitoring services on the alarm systems we install and perform any on-site support or equipment repair that may be necessary for our customers.
Security One has also selected Honeywell Security Equipment as there sole source for equipment.
